Our goal is to always ensure that our customers are happy and feel beautiful in every Pieces and Peaches purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase we want to change that.  You have 7 days after receipt to submit a request for a return and the item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells may be rejected.

Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. We do not offer return shipping. Customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.  Again, all returns must be returned in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. 

Shoes must be in the original box. No returns or exchanges on sale items, bodysuits, bralettes, camisoles, leggings, and jewelry. These are all FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

- We cannot accept returns on personal items such as intimates, jewelry, or shoes

- Returned items must have tags still attached

- Returned items must have no visible sign of wear or use

- We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items won in a giveaway


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
